I'm a computational biologist. I received my PhD at Duke University under Dr. Jenny Tung working with the Amboseli Baboon Research Project. There I applied bioinformatic, statistical, and molecular tools to understand how genomes respond to genetic and environmental factors. I'm currently a Post doc at the University of Oregon in the Kern-Ralph co-lab. My current research focuses on leverage deep learning tools to extract biological meaning from complex genomic data.
